Inspired by alpine cuisine, most of our menu dishes are home-made and sourced locally from our very own garden. Our mantra : an ecologically responsible cuisine devoted to our very own garden harvest along with supporting the local economy. All this, morning, noon and night.

Épicurean by nature, our wine cellar remains a source of great pride within these walls. An inventory of private imports, of great classics and of seasonal discoveries will be sure to please at first glance. Beers from our Shawbridge Microbrewery from the next town over, along with house cocktails are also poured for your pleasure.

A turning point of the musical scene in the Laurentians, the Saint-Sau Pub is a staple for music fans, dance floor lovers and festivity seekers. From Monday till Sunday, we offer live music, solo singers, live bands, up and coming stars, classic local artists and from abroad… and then some ! And, if that wasn’t enough, come discover us through the Saint-Sauveur Festival of Arts, the Blues Weekend, the Authentic Fiesta Cubana and many other events in our beloved region !
